Coverage by Rizzo Network is a discretionary Coverage program for TAO and dTAO holders who stake their TAO through the Rizzo Validator. You may stake to ANY Subnet, and the TAO you have in your wallet is covered, including any Alpha tokens.
Rizzo Network requires additional terms and conditions for you to participate, over and above the Coverage Provider’s Terms & Conditions. By registering, you elect to participate in TAO/dTAO Coverage protection, and bind yourself to our policy and terms.
Anyone who has TAO staked through the Rizzo Validator and registers their wallet will qualify.
Yes, Coverage applies to TAO staked to any Subnet, via the Rizzo Validator, and any Alpha tokens within the registered wallet.
If you un-stake your TAO or move it to another validator, you lose Coverage and must re-register if you want to retain eligibility for a claim payout. Blockchain changes are carefully monitored.
Coverage starts two weeks after successful wallet registration, provided you maintain
the required staked TAO/dTAO, and maintain that amount in perpetuity. Pay careful attention to the prompts during the Registration process for precise information.
Yes, you must always maintain the minimum amount of staked TAO/Alpha (as specified during wallet Registration) through Rizzo Validator to remain covered.
When the Coverage Provider approves the claim, payout amounts will be proportionality distributed relative to total available replacement funds, number of wallets & TAO/dTAO affected, and the total amount of TAO/dTAO staked through Rizzo Validator. Stated differently, claims are subject to payouts as a percentage of total TAO/dTAO staked, as determined by blockchain data at time of event.
No, only the TAO staked through Rizzo Validator counts toward Coverage. If the entirety of your holdings are delegated through Rizzo Validator, then those are covered.
Keep in mind, you must continue to hold the required amount of Alpha (as noted during Registration) to stay attached to the policy.
Yes, but you must always keep the required amount of Alpha (as determined during at time of Registration) in your wallet.
Coverage is linked to your original wallet. If you transfer assets, you must re-register with the new wallet. Simply un-stake and re-stake through Rizzo Validator using your new wallet.
No, Coverage only applies to events that occur after the two-week waiting (“warm-up”) period.
No, Coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the registered wallet.
As an alternative, you may register additional wallet(s), and discontinue existing wallet Coverage by unstaking from the Rizzo Validator.
Coverage will scale based on the token holder’s TAO/dTAO staked via the Rizzo Validator, compared to the overall staking pool, versus total coverage amount, and payout limits may apply.
Yes, Coverage applies to dTAO (“Alpha”) tokens staked through Rizzo Validator, but all other protocols outside the Bittensor ecosystem, including wraps or non-OTF-sponsored tracking tokens are ineligible.
