Subnet review For Bittensor subnet owners

Show us your subnet. Skip the meeting.

Root reinvestment is coming back, and with it the question every subnet owner is asking us again: will Rizzo support yours? Instead of a call, tell us here. We read every submission and score it against the same public criteria, the ones on this page.

No meeting required. Written submission, reviewed on merit. One standard for everyone. Published below, applied to all.
How review works

Built so the best subnets get found, not the loudest.

We used to take these as live calls. It didn't scale, and it favored whoever could get on our calendar. This does the opposite: a level submission anyone can complete, weighted toward the things that actually predict a subnet's survival.

First

You submit

Tell us what you're building and, above all, who's using it. Ten focused minutes, no slide deck.

Then

We review

Each submission is scored against the criteria below. The same rubric and weighting, every time.

If it's a fit

We reach out

Strong submissions hear from us directly. No follow-up needed on your end. We'll come to you.

01

The basics

Add the name people know your subnet by.
Give us the one-line version of what you do.
02

Traction & demand

Weighted highest

This is what we look at first. Real usage is the hardest thing to fake and the best predictor of whether a subnet lasts. Be specific, and link proof wherever you can.

Tell us who's using it and roughly how much.
03

Team, execution & growth

We back people who ship and who can take what they build to market. The best technology loses to the best-distributed one, so we look just as hard at whether you can grow this as at whether you can build it.

Introduce the people building this.
04

Technical merit & defensibility

What's actually hard here, and what stops the next team from copying it next week?

05

Tokenomics & sustainability

Where does value come from once the novelty fades?

Our standard, on the record

Support is earned, never bought.

01 / The rule

One rubric, no side deals

We decide what to support using the criteria on this page, the same ones for everyone. There are no private arrangements and no kickbacks. Nothing you can offer Rizzo buys a better score. If we back your subnet, it's because the work earned it.

02 / The ask

Validation needs a check and balance

Bittensor only stays decentralized if validation does. When childkey allocation pools among a subnet's insiders, validation turns into a rubber stamp and the network loses its check and balance. Putting a credible, independent operator like Rizzo on your subnet keeps that check in place. We think every subnet owner should treat this as a priority. Delegation is on-chain and revocable by you at any time.
