What this coverage is

Rizzo carries Breach Insurance: a layer of protection on its validator operation, covering losses that result from a breach of Rizzo's own infrastructure or operating procedures. Registering your wallet links your delegated stake to this coverage.

Eligibility

• Your wallet must actively delegate stake to the Rizzo validator at the time of registration and for the duration of coverage.
• You register the public wallet address only. Rizzo never asks for a seed phrase, private key, mnemonic, or password.
• Ownership is proven by signing a message with your wallet extension (Polkadot.js, Talisman, or SubWallet). The signature never moves funds.

What's covered

Coverage responds to losses caused by a breach of Rizzo's validator infrastructure or operating procedures, such as unauthorized access to validator keys or operational failures within Rizzo's control.

What's not covered

• Price movements in TAO, alpha tokens, or any other asset.
• Slashing or penalties resulting from subnet or network-level conditions outside Rizzo's operation.
• Loss of funds due to your own wallet, device, or key compromise.
• Stake that is undelegated from Rizzo before or during the covered period.

Registration and revocation

Registration takes effect once your signature is validated and your delegation is confirmed on-chain. Coverage applies only while your wallet continues to delegate to Rizzo. If you undelegate, coverage ends; you can re-register if you redelegate later.

Changes to these terms

Rizzo may update these terms as the coverage program evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date above.
